Il Comitato del Lavoro Marittimo
Founded on an idea by Captain Fabio Pagano, the Maritime Labour Committee was established on February 15, 2025, and is legally based in Livorno. It brings together maritime professionals with over thirty years of practical experience in the sector.
To this end, it aims to:
organize conferences and technical round tables with civil and military institutions;
develop studies and proposals concerning issues affecting maritime workers.
The Committee also intends to carry out collateral activities and events—cultural, artistic, or otherwise—that may be considered useful to better achieve its objectives.
To achieve its goals, the Committee may occasionally organize public fundraising initiatives in connection with celebrations, anniversaries, awareness campaigns, or any other activities that may support its mission, all within the limits set by applicable laws and the present Statute.
The Committee is open to potential new members who submit a request, subject to adherence to this founding act and acceptance by the founding members.
